The halves and pieces from Lake County Walnut consist of about 20% halves and 80% large pieces, and come in 25 lb. packages.

Halves & pieces are used for trail mixes, party mixes, decorations on cakes, pies and pastries. They are also great in salads and in many oriental dishes.
